EXPAND: New Partners for Better Health is a 5-year USAID-funded global project focused on
providing mentorship and capacity development support to new and underutilized partners (NUPs) through a sub-award program which will expand demand and utilization of key health services across all USAID priority health areas.

The Program Delivery Associate will be providing a broad range of programmatic and administrative support.  The Program Delivery Associate will report directly to the Project Director but will also coordinate closely with the Senior Finance and Admin Manager, the Field Support Director and the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager (MEL) on specific assignments, especially for the production of project deliverables.   

 
  • Supports project administration to ensure smooth execution of project activities including travel administration, procurement of good and services, personnel actions, financial reports, event organization, etc. including the set up and use of an online management tool for EXPAND staff.
  • Supports project communications by performing a variety of editing, formatting and dissemination tasks.   Responsible for taking minutes of meetings and disseminating them in a timely manner.
  • Supports the MEL manager by conducting basic literature reviews, collecting data from field programs, compiling data, editing documents, etc.
  • Provides information and responds to requests from field programs and subgrantees as directed by the Field Operations Manager. 
  • Support the development of the project website and ensure accessibility of all posted materials
  • Source and manage writing, editing and design consultants based on project needs
  • Develop project fact sheets and informational materials
  • Manage the project’s application of and adherence to the branding and marking plan
  • Collaborate with the MEL lead to write and edit project deliverables including quarterly and semi-annual reports
  • Support knowledge management to share best practices and tools, including coordinating webinars and communities of practice
  • Engage with NPI KM systems to share EXPAND tools and advances with USAID and other partners
  • Manage submissions of project deliverables to USAID Development Exchange Clearinghouse.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
  • Experience working on project administration and implementation.   USAID project experience is preferred. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills and demonstrated competence using Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • A track record of working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain good relations with the relevant partners and counterparts.
  • Well-organized, strong attention to detail, able to work independently, skilled in handling multiple tasks, and able to adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to develop and communicate a common vision and foster collaboration across an interdisciplinary team.
